Maintenance Flushing

Over the next few weeks the SMG Water Cooperative is going to be completing some maintenance flushing in the Bluffs, Exeter, & Merritt areas that are served by the Village of Bluffs. Customers could experience some discolored water during this process. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause but the Cooperative has to maintain the water mains in order to insure a viable water distribution system. The water will remain safe and meet all IEPA standards during this process.
